    • In this layout, the dining room is away from the door. It is easy to make this a cozy space and the laminate flooring makes it flow well from the kitchen and into the living room.
    • You can see how the unit flows from the front door to the efficient galley kitchen beside it. The dining room is beside the kitchen and in front of the open wall to the kitchen is the living room.
    • Galley kitchens are so efficient. With the dome lighting you miss the fact that they are often dark. So you get the best of both worlds.
    • Imagine a condo with a master bedroom that is over 17 ft long!. You can fit a king sized bed in this room plus dressers, a chair or even a desk. Let your imagination tell you how you want to enjoy this space.

    • The balcony of this unit is a good size. This is where you will find your central air conditioning unit plus a gas outlet for your bar b que. (Propane units are forbidden in this complex) You will enjoy the north west view of the complex.
    • This unit is the third unit from the south elevator when you turn right. The location is very quiet and being on the top floor, you won't have overhead noise to contend with. There is also a stairwell next door so that is more quiet for you.
    • The entry into the unit has laminate flooring. The laundry/storage room is to the right of the photo and the kitchen enters to the left.
    • From the patio doors looking into the unit, there is a nice open feeling.
    • When you are cooking in the galley kitchen, this is the view when you look through the opening. You will be able to feel connected even when you are in the kitchen for hours, preparing for a dinner party or Christmas Dinner.
    • From the large bedroom window and looking into the master bedroom you see the generous space, the two closets beyond facing each other with mirror doors and into the master en suite bathroom.
    • Two mirrored door closets facing each other make a nice entrance into the en suite bathroom.
    • Another view into the second bedroom shows there is an actual closet in the room. This is unusual a find in this building. Many of the second bedrooms have an opening but no doors to make this a closet. The mirrored doors give a look of more space.
    • The balcony looks north west so you have a nicer and larger view than the units that simply look into the next building across from the parking lot. The landscaping is well developed and maintained. It is really a pretty view in summer.
    • The 186 units are in two buildings which are the larger 78A and the smaller 78B. Residents are able to use facilities in both buildings. There are plenty of visitor parking stalls which are also shared. Snow is removed promptly in winter.
    • The two buildings are attractive. The 78A building where you will find unit 430 has two entrances. You will use the south entrance and this is where you will find your mail box and there is a handy Canada Post box where amazon can send parcels to you.
    • The larger fitness room is on the main floor of the 78A building. This will be handy for you as the 4 largest social rooms are closer to the south end of the building. You are also able to use the smaller fitness room in 78B building.
    • The games room is on the fourth floor just like your unit is. The games room has a pool table, shuffleboard table, poker table and darts. This room rarely has visitors so make sure you go check it out and maybe you will find somebody who wants to play.
    • There are two social rooms that have tables for gatherings. This one has a small kitchen area so you can host a dinner. This room must be booked in advance, but is used also for condo events.
    • This library is on the second floor right across from the elevator you will use to get to your suite from the south entrance. It is amazing that the books are not only categorized but also alphabetized. There is a love seat by the window to read .
    • The large combined social room in the 78B building is on the third floor. You can also book this room for a private event. It combines games area, small kitchen, a bathroom, poker table and seating where you can watch tv if you wish.

    • The hobby or craft room is at the East entrance of the 78A building. Here crafters gather once a week to encourage each other and perhaps offer help on their projects. It is a time when some socializing also goes on. The puzzles are also stored here.
    • The entrance to the heated underground parking area is close to the entrance off McKenney Ave. The security is good. Your parking stall is # 205 which is close to the south elevator. There is a cage to use for storage also in front of car space.
    • The landscaping at the south entrance is very nice. There is guest parking very close to the front door.
